Outcomes from Together We CAN Make a Difference 2019!

This was the third year of this multi-disciplinary conference demonstrating the work taking place across Surrey, Sussex and Kent & Medway for the Armed Forces Community with additional examples from a national perspective.

With around 250 delegates and over 30 market stalls, this was our largest conference to date and feedback has been extremely positive in regards to the networking opportunities, presentations given and attendee engagement. There was a mix of delegates with members from the Armed Forces community and representation from within the NHS, Local Authority, Police and many third sector organisations.Col Simon Browne and High Sheriff for East Sussex Major General John Moore-Bick CBE, DL

The High Sheriff for East Sussex, Major General John Moore-Bick CBE, DL was in attendance for the whole day and presented the Service Champions Awards for 2019 with Colonel Simon Browne from 11 Infantry Brigade.
