Following the success of Together we CAN make a difference 2017, we will be hosting Together we CAN make a difference 2018 on Tuesday 23 January 2018 at the Amex Stadium in Falmer.

The event will showcase the work which has been undertaken during the last year to improve services and outcomes for the armed forces community not just in Sussex but also across Kent & Medway and Surrey. It will highlight the benefits of working in partnership and breaking down the barriers between organisations to support the individual.

Themes for the day will include carers and families, the covenant in practice, integrated care/support and preventative initiatives.

There will also be an opportunity to host a stall in our market place and you can book your stall via the short form below.
